CE Elective - VA Boot Camp - CEE 3747

Description

The VA Boot Camp is a 2 hour CE course designed to help real estate professionals understand the basics of the VA Home Loan Guaranty Program through the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Attendees will gain a comprehensive knowledge of veteran eligibility for a VA home load as well as general underwriting and appraisal process. Agents who take this course will also learn techniques to get the veteran accepted and enhance their overall business to veterans.

ATTENDANCE POLICY:  Any registrant arriving more than 10 minutes after the seminar begins will not be issued a certificate of completion. Any registrant who does not stay for the entire seminar or who takes excessive breaks will not be issued a certificate of completion.   CANCELLATIONS, TRANSFERS & REFUNDS:  Deadline to cancel or transfer registrations is 48 hours prior to the event. After deadline, no refunds will be given.     COURSE CANCELLATION:  GGAR reserves the right to cancel a course if there is not a minimum number of students. If an emergency warrants the rescheduling of a course, all possible care will be taken to advise you as soon as possible and monies will be refunded to registrants.
