In this 2-hour Elective CE Course review the common contractual and practical issues in real estate that often haunt Real Estate Agents including:
-Lender Terminology
-Insurance Issues
-Issues Relating to Due Diligence and Inspections
-Issues Relating to Repairs
-Tax Related Issues, including, but not limited to, prorations, escrows, non-resident and corporate tax compliance
-Financing Contingencies and the interrelationship with due diligence
