SC Housing - Lender Training

Our Lending Partner training covers program information, processing, underwriting, closing, forms, website and processes.

All Classes are FREE and include information on all of our programs, initiatives and down payment assistance available.

Classes are open to all new Lending Partners, their, Processing, Underwriting and Closing staff, any existing staff member who needs a refresher or has specific questions about SC Housing loan programs and our processes. 

The training is free of charge; however, we do ask that attendees pre-register so that the meeting can be planned accordingly. Please click on the link provided to pre-register attendance.
