Participants will explore key Articles, dissect actual case studies, and walk away with the tools to navigate complex transactions ethically and confidently. Whether you're advising investors or negotiating multi-million-dollar deals, this course helps ensure your practice remains both principled and profitable. 

This course will grant you 3 hours of continuing education, while also completing the NAR Code of Ethics - Cycle Eight requirement. (Cycle Eight - 1/1/25-12/31/27) 3 hr. Course

ATTENDANCE POLICY: Any registrant arriving more than 10 minutes after the seminar begins will not be issued a certificate of completion. Any registrant who does not stay for the entire seminar or who takes excessive breaks will not be issued a certificate of completion. CANCELLATIONS, TRANSFERS & REFUNDS: Deadline to cancel or transfer registrations is two working days prior to the event. After deadline, no refunds will be given.
