This course will give an overview of buyer statistics to help the agent better understand the market. We will

cover the Buying Process and ways the agent can improve the experience for both the buyer and themselves.

Upon completion of this course, the agent will be able to determine what buyers want and how to get them

into the home of their dreams.

ATTENDANCE POLICY: Any registrant arriving more than 10 minutes after the seminar begins will not be issued a certificate of completion. Any registrant who does not stay for the entire seminar or who takes excessive breaks will not be issued a certificate of completion. CANCELLATIONS, TRANSFERS & REFUNDS: Deadline to cancel or transfer registrations is two working days prior to the event. After deadline, no refunds will be given.
