CE ZOOM Elective -Code of Ethics

Description

This course meets the standards for the NAR® Code of Ethics Requirement – Cycle 8 - 2025-2027. This course will review the history of the Code of Ethics as it relates to its origins, its influence on state licensing laws and its establishment of arbitration as the monetary dispute resolution process between REALTORS®. Finally, we will apply the REALTOR® Code of Ethics Articles to everyday real estate practices. 

THIS IS A LIVE ZOOM CLASS – REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION AND ZOOM LINK WILL BE PROVIDED 48 HRS BEFORE CLASS DATE VIA LANCASTER INSTITUTE.

REQUIREMENTS:
* A computer or tablet: (CAMERA IS REQUIRED TO BE ON FOR CE CREDIT- microphone not required) – this is a live webinar.
* An internet connection
* A Zoom account (free) -The name on your Zoom account MUST match your license name (not a username, phone number or email).

ATTENDANCE POLICY: Any registrant arriving more than 10 minutes after the seminar begins will not be issued a certificate of completion. Any registrant who does not stay for the entire seminar or who takes excessive breaks will not be issued a certificate of completion. CANCELLATIONS, TRANSFERS & REFUNDS: Deadline to cancel or transfer registrations is two working days prior to the event. After deadline, no refunds will be given. COURSE CANCELLATION: GGAR reserves the right to cancel a course if there is not a minimum number of students. If an emergency warrants the rescheduling of a course, all possible care will be taken to advise you as soon as possible and monies will be refunded to registrants.
