CE Elective - Risk Management for BICs

Description

This is a new elective course that also fulfills the LLR required Broker-in-Charge 4-hour course requirement. 

This course covers the following basic risk-management topics: 

• What the SC Code of Laws 40-57 requires of the broker-in-charge 
• How to create a compliant office policy -How to determining which facts regarding property are material and required to be disclosed 
• Creating a document retention system 
• Disclosing brokerage relationship options and use of mandatory forms 
• Provision of compliant forms to associated licensees 
• Adherence to fair housing laws.

ATTENDANCE POLICY: Any registrant arriving more than 10 minutes after the seminar begins will not be issued a certificate of completion. Any registrant who does not stay for the entire seminar or who takes excessive breaks will not be issued a certificate of completion. CANCELLATIONS, TRANSFERS & REFUNDS: Deadline to cancel or transfer registrations is two working days prior to the event. After deadline, no refunds will be given.
