CE - Elective - Contracts

Description

The 4-hour contracts course will assist agents in the understanding and practicality of writing and explaining the eight-page contract. Agents will also learn which disclosures are required by law and which disclosures are optional. Due to the new License Law Reform Act, this course has been designed to help the Real Estate Industry understand the changes that have been approved through new legislation. This course will cover topics such as new CE requirements, Transaction Brokerage, Advanced Licensing and much more. After attending this course you will not be confused on your future mandatory requirements. The majority of these new laws were recently established in 2024.

ATTENDANCE POLICY:  Any registrant arriving more than 10 minutes after the seminar begins will not be issued a certificate of completion. Any registrant who does not stay for the entire seminar or who takes excessive breaks will not be issued a certificate of completion. CANCELLATIONS, TRANSFERS & REFUNDS:  Deadline to cancel or transfer registrations is two working days prior to the event. After deadline, no refunds will be given. If an emergency warrants the rescheduling of a course, all possible care will be taken to advise you as soon as possible and monies will be refunded to registrants.
