CE Elective - AI in Real Estate: Ethics, Compliance, and Risk Managment

Description

Artificial intelligence is rapidly becoming part of everyday real estate practice. This 2-hour CE elective helps licensees understand how to use AI tools responsibly while maintaining ethical standards, professional judgment, and legal compliance. Agents will explore real-world applications, including MLS-supported tools like RPR, while learning how to identify risks related to accuracy, fair housing, confidentiality, and consumer protection. This class is designed to help agents confidently leverage AI while staying firmly within license law.

ATTENDANCE POLICY: Any registrant logging in more than 10 minutes after the course begins will not be issued a certificate of completion. Any registrant who does not stay online for the entire course will not be issued a certificate of completion. CANCELLATIONS, TRANSFERS & REFUNDS: Deadline to cancel or transfer registrations is two working days prior to the event. After deadline, no refunds will be given. COURSE CANCELLATION: GGAR reserves the right to cancel a course if there is not a minimum number of students. If an emergency warrants the rescheduling of a course, all possible care will be taken to advise you as soon as possible and monies will be refunded to registrants.
