Patrick serves as the Managing Broker of the McDaniel Greene Office and a Broker Associate with Herlong Sotheby’s International Realty. As a founding member of the firm’s Agent Advisory Council, Patrick has been instrumental in supporting agents and collaborating with leadership by providing steady, strategic insight through a period of significant change in the real estate industry.
Originally from Upstate New York, Patrick grew up working alongside his family, where early mornings were spent delivering milk with his grandfather and weekends helping at the family store. Those experiences instilled a lasting appreciation for hard work, integrity, and community.
Patrick began his real estate career in 2004 in the title industry, spending nearly 20 years in that side of the business. That experience provided an exceptional foundation in due diligence, title accuracy, and property research, strengths that continue to benefit his clients today. Guided by the belief that “the more informed you are, the better decisions you make,” Patrick leads with education, precision, and calm professionalism.
He served for several years on the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS® (GGAR) Grievance and Ethics Committees, and is currently completing a three-year term on the GGAR MLS Committee, a tenure that coincided with landmark industry changes in 2024. During this period, Patrick has reviewed and advised on key MLS procedural reforms related to buyer representation, compensation transparency, and commission disclosure, helping ensure the Upstate market remains compliant, ethical, and consumer-focused.

An avid golfer, Patrick is a member of Holly Tree Country Club and Musgrove Mill Golf Club, and frequently plays courses throughout the Upstate with friends and clients. When not on the course, he enjoys time with friends who have become family in Spaulding Farm or traveling for his daughter’s gymnastics meets. Patrick, his wife Krista, and their daughter Fiona share their home with their two beloved dogs, Maeve, their senior Labrador, and Evey Jean, a cream English Golden Retriever.
