Developed for the residential agent\, this course is good for anyone. From learning the GIS\, water and sewer\, soils\, and survey to understanding what the steps are to develop a property. At the end of this course\, you will have a comfort level to move forward with land opportunities when they come your way. Cheryl Sain is a Certified Distance Educator Instructor (CDEI). Cheryl has firsthand experience in land and lot listings\, sales\, and purchases. Cheryl is a broker\, investor\, trainer\, and author\, with 20+ years of experience in the industry.
