DESCRIPTION:This is the 4-hour mandatory CE core course required prior to 2024 renewals. It focuses on disclosure requirements for real estate licensees\, whether relating to property or transaction issues\, personal interest\, disclosure of fees from more than one party\, disclosures to multiple buyer clients\, etc. The attendee will also review SC Code of Laws 27-50\, the Residential Property Condition Disclosure Act\, to identify the role licensees have under this law.Instructor: Carol SimpsonATTENDANCE POLICY: Any registrant arriving more than 10 minutes after the seminar begins will not be issued a certificate of completion. Any registrant who does not stay for the entire seminar or who takes excessive breaks will not be issued a certificate of completion. CANCELLATIONS\, TRANSFERS & REFUNDS: Deadline to cancel or transfer registrations is 48 hours prior to the event. After deadline\, no refunds will be given. COURSE CANCELLATION: GGAR reserves the right to cancel a course if there is not a minimum number of students. If an emergency warrants the rescheduling of a course\, all possible care will be taken to advise you as soon as possible and monies will be refunded to registrants.
