2 Hour CE Elective Class - In today’s shifting real estate landscape, understanding the rules around listing exposure is essential—not only for compliance, but for protecting clients and promoting fairness in the marketplace. This course demystifies the Clear Cooperation Policy (CCP) and its evolving interpretations, helping REALTORS® confidently navigate the nuances of pocket listings, office exclusives, and “coming soon” marketing. Through real-world scenarios, recent policy updates, and a focus on the Code of Ethics and Fair Housing implications, agents will gain the tools to guide clients ethically and transparently. From setting listing timelines to managing appraisal risks, this course ensures that your marketing practices are smart, compliant, and consumer-conscious.

 ATTENDANCE POLICY: Any registrant arriving more than 10 minutes after the seminar begins will not be issued a certificate of completion. Any registrant who does not stay for the entire seminar or who takes excessive breaks will not be issued a certificate of completion. CANCELLATIONS, TRANSFERS & REFUNDS: Deadline to cancel or transfer registrations is two working days prior to the event. After deadline, no refunds will be given. COURSE CANCELLATION: GGAR reserves the right to cancel a course if there is not a minimum number of students.
