Description

This is not your ordinary CE course. This course is designed to take you through the steps to thoroughly research a property by showing you how and where to locate critical information about a property, whether raw undeveloped land or existing property with a structure. 

Developed for the residential agent, this course is good for anyone. From learning the GIS, water and sewer, soils, and survey to understanding what the steps are to develop a property. At the end of this course, you will have a comfort level to move forward with land opportunities when they come your way. 

Cheryl Sain is a Certified Distance Educator Instructor (CDEI). Cheryl has firsthand experience in land and lot listings, sales, and purchases. Cheryl is a broker, investor, trainer, and author, with 20+ years of experience in the industry.
