In the fast-paced world of commercial real estate, the stakes—and the standards—are high. This interactive course brings the REALTOR® Code of Ethics to life through a commercial lens, guiding agents through real-world dilemmas involving investment projections, exclusivity agreements, and zoning disclosures. Participants will explore key Articles, dissect actual case studies, and walk away with the tools to navigate complex transactions ethically and confidently. Whether you're advising investors or negotiating multi-million-dollar deals, this course helps ensure your practice remains both principled and profitable. 

This course will grant you 3 hours of continuing education, while also completing the NAR Code of Ethics - Cycle Eight requirement. (Cycle Eight - 1/1/25-12/31/27) 3 hr. Course

ATTENDANCE POLICY: Any registrant arriving more than 10 minutes after the seminar begins will not be issued a certificate of completion. Any registrant who does not stay for the entire seminar or who takes excessive breaks will not be issued a certificate of completion. CANCELLATIONS, TRANSFERS & REFUNDS: Deadline to cancel or transfer registrations is two working days prior to the event. After deadline, no refunds will be given. COURSE CANCELLATION: GGAR reserves the right to cancel a course if there is not a minimum number of students. If an emergency warrants the rescheduling of a course, all possible care will be taken to advise you as soon as possible and monies will be refunded to registrants.
