Please join Greenville County Auditor Scott Case, CPA for a presentation about property tax reassessment in Greenville County and the impact on property taxes. Property tax reassessment happens every five years and will affect all Greenville County property owners in 2025. The presentation is an overview of the South Carolina property tax, the process of property revaluation and appeal options, and the mandatory adjustment of property tax rates. 

Scott Case is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 30 years of broad professional experience in finance and taxes. Prior to becoming Greenville County Auditor in 2007, Scott served 13 years on Greenville County Council. Since becoming Greenville County Auditor Scott has continued his focus on government streamlining and efficiency by restructuring the Auditor office, re-engineering multiple property tax processes, and implementing both ongoing technical and customer service training. Scott has both an accounting degree from Bob Jones University and a Master's in Accountancy-Taxation degree from Clemson University. A lifelong Greenvillian, Scott is married with three sons and four grandsons.
